About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking a highly experienced E2E Solution Architect (BSS/OSS) to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end telecom solutions. This role focuses on architecting scalable, integrated, and high-performance systems across BSS/OSS domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The candidate will work closely with business, IT, and vendor teams in complex, multi-system environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures across BSS/OSS domains
• Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions
• Define high-level system architectures and ensure seamless interaction between components
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, design principles, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive solution delivery
• Lead solution assessment, requirement analysis, and technical design activities
• Support large-scale telecom transformation programs (Greenfield/Brownfield)
• Provide high-level effort, cost, and timeline estimations for IT initiatives
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with telecom industry standards
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in the IT industry, with strong exposure to telecom systems and architectures
• Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS domains including Digital, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Integration, and Inventory Management
• Experience with Oracle-based BSS/OSS ecosystems, including Oracle RODOD/DBE stack
• Proven experience delivering at least one large, complex telecom project in a multi-vendor environment (Greenfield or Brownfield)
• Strong experience in solution design, system integration, and architecture documentation
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple integration points
