Our portfolio includes aviation training solutions, proprietary products built with Unity and Unreal Engine, as well as expansions for Microsoft Flight Simulator and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in simulation products, games, or professional training systems, and with a strong understanding of technical product development. This person will lead the development of two closely related products (ATS / AirportSim), maintain a clear roadmap, ensure product vision alignment, and support effective collaboration across the team.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the full product lifecycle (vision → planning → roadmap → backlog → delivery)
- Overseeing timelines, risks, and the quality of delivered builds
- Organizing team workflows and task management
- Working with Jira / Confluence
- Collaborating with the Technical Lead and Sales team to deliver product features
- Participating in meetings with partners, publishers, and clients
- Reporting progress and recommending adjustments to the production plan
- Supporting recruitment and team development processes
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager / Producer in gamedev or IT
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to release
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum
- Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools
- Experience in game production, preferably simulation titles
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with professional training simulators, training systems, or serious games
- Knowledge of 3D / gamedev pipelines
- Interest in aviation or simulation
- Experience working with publishers
- Knowledge of the aviation simulation market, training devices, or full flight simulators
- Understanding of training processes in aviation, ground handling, airport operations, or airline environments
- Experience working with B2B clients in aviation, simulation, or training industries
