HR Data Analyst

Ce que vous allez faire

As HR Data Analyst, you increase insight into how our associates experience HR and our key HR KPI’s. You will help lead our HR community to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. You will design and create (where needed together with our BI or IT teams) operational/tactical metrics and dashboards that will assist in making decisions on different HR domains. You will be partnering across teams to ensure that our HR metrics are consistent and aligned to our strategic goals. You will be responsible for digging into the details to improve data quality, show new insights and make new recommendations that will impact decision making.

• Profound expertise on HR data, HR reporting’s (operational & strategic) and HR dashboard(s) : With your profound expertise on HR data, reporting and dashboards you easily identify possible impacts and are able to create ad-hoc reports.
• Drive data-driven decision making : You help lead our HR community to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. You provide HR related insights to our HR Community and organization.
• HR Data analytics roadmap : Take ownership of our HR Data analytics roadmap by identifying, designing and deploying HR metrics and dashboards.
• Stakeholder management : Identify and support stakeholders to become data-minded. Take initiatives to increase data awareness.
• Predictive analytics : Co-deliver, together with the BI team, predictive analytics for HR.
  
  

Qui êtes-vous ?

• You have a master degree in Econometrics, Mathemathics, Statistics, Computer Sciences or other relevant fields of study around Data, Math/Statistics.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have experience with Power BI, and ideally other data analytics tools.
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• You have proven to be convincing and to be able to build trust and alignment on all levels in and outside the organization.
• You should be passionate about and have experience with data and reportings and have a passion to learn and master new data analysis techniques and data science methodologies. You follow pro-actively trends in the business.
• You are skilled at providing clear insights within a demanding environment.
• You bring strong interpersonal communication skills.
• You have the ability to work cross-functionally.
• You have proven to be creative in finding solutions for complex issues with detail-oriented and simplicity mindset.
• You have a strong analytical profile and ability to document requirements, functional specifications, decisions made, etc.
• You have project management skills.
• You manage change and drive process improvement.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of English.
