Project Manager – Microsoft Compliance Program

We re looking for a Contract Project Manager to lead and manage Microsoft compliance programs across our digital and eCommerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for coordinating requirements with Microsoft, driving implementation across internal teams, managing third‑party audit and report submissions, and ensuring ongoing compliance through internal audits and remediation tracking.

This is a hands‑on project management role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience working with external partners and auditors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary project manager and point of contact for Microsoft compliance programs.

• Work directly with Microsoft to collect, clarify, and document compliance requirements.

• Translate Microsoft requirements into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams.

• Coordinate execution across cross‑functional teams including eCommerce, web operations, marketing, product, engineering, legal, data insights and regional stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit required materials to Microsoft review processes and third‑party auditors.

• Manage audit evidence collection, documentation, screenshots, and attestations.

• Co-ordinate and manage weekly sell-out report and submissions to Microsoft.

• Conduct internal compliance checks to identify gaps prior to external audits.

• Track compliance issues, remediation actions, and closure to ensure findings are fully resolved.

• Maintain compliance documentation, trackers, and status reports.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or compliance‑related roles.

• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in a large, matrixed organization.

• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or auditors.

• Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance documentation.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


• Familiarity with Microsoft partner, marketing, or digital compliance programs.

• Experience supporting third‑party or internal audits.

• Background in web, eCommerce, or digital program governance.
