Technology Lead (.NET)

LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Lead (.NET) to drive modernization efforts for a global, industry-leading organization based in Glenview. This Technical Lead (.NET) will play a pivotal role in transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable web solutions while maintaining operational excellence. What’s the job?

• Lead modernization of enterprise web applications using .NET technologies
• Act as a hands-on Technical Lead (.NET) contributing to architecture and development
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Drive cloud enablement, application rewrites and platform upgrades
• Support and enhance legacy systems while improving performance
• Guide DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve critical production issues

What’s needed?

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead (.NET) or senior developer
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven success modernizing legacy applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority

• Compensation: $70 -$80/hour
