Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Execute the full sourcing and recruitment process
• As a in-house headhunter, diagnose and analyse the requirements from senior management to source for senior positions within various business units
• Partner closely with the local team to source for candidates across both frontline and backend office positions

Business Partnering

• Provide timely HR services to stakeholders, as well as advice on company and market best practices and guidance
• Ensure accuracy in HR documentation, while being sensitive in handling employees’ information
• Ensure consistency in all policies and guidelines, while adhering to the Group mission, values and culture
• Co-own the on-boarding orientation program, ensuring that new hires are well assimilated into the company
• Ensure exit interviews are conducted timely
• Ideate, partner with HQ Talent Management team to strategise and implement talent management intervention by providing advice on various regional markets practices and culture

Payroll Management

• Ensure accuracy in all payroll reports

Others

• Ability to take on ad hoc projects as needed

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Preferably with 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Experience in regional retail knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
• Detailed and meticulous
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex people matters
• Strong interest in fashion styling
• Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
• Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
