Designation: Group Product Manager

Therapy : Acute

Department/Function: Domestic Marketing

Experience: 8 to 10 years in Pharma Marketing

Qualification : B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing Or Pharma Management

Location: Andheri , Mumbai

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical Industry Only

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans & budgets for brands
• Design and execute marketing strategies to drive market share & customer engagement
• Track brand performance vs. targets and analyze market trends
• Enable the sales team with training, promotional tools & scientific content
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, medical professionals & key accounts
• Identify innovative customer engagement opportunities
• Participate in CMEs, conferences and other scientific events
• Coach and develop the sales team for stronger market presence

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of Pharma Marketing
• Proven experience in brand management, analytics & market strategy
• High-performance mindset with strong communication & team collaboration skills
