Product Manager

📍 Work format: full-time, office-based

🔎 Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in brand building and/or brand promotion

• Has at least 2 years of proven success in product launches

• Enjoys and knows how to develop effective advertising campaigns

• Understands product marketing fundamentals and the Consumer Journey

• Has experience managing P&L for a product portfolio

• Is proactive, communicative, flexible, and results-oriented

💼 Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies focused on end consumers

• Plan and execute trade and consumer promotions, BTL activities, and evaluate their effectiveness

• Create promotional materials

• Develop and execute media plans

• Launch, monitor, and analyze digital campaigns

• Prepare materials for field force and presentations

• Train the sales team

• Manage budgets and work with external partners
