Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of modern, responsive web applications using React.js
- Design and implement micro frontend architectures for scalable and modular UI systems
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers using Figma to translate designs into high quality code
- Define and enforce front end architecture standards and best practices
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end to end experiences
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
- What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in front end development
- Strong expertise in React.js including hooks and state management
- Experience with micro frontend architectures (Module Federation, single spa)
- Experience with Figma and design systems
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with REST APIs
- Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility
- Familiarity with modern tooling (Webpack, Vite, CI/CD)
- Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of Vue.js or Angular
- Experience in enterprise environments (telecom, SaaS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
