We're looking for a talented and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team!

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and employment legislation

What you'll be doing:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
• Ability to understand business needs and support HR initiatives aligned with these priorities
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
