Product Manager

Head Aero, a growing aviation company with offices in Miami and Vilnius, is expanding its product management team. We’re looking for a proactive Product Manager to join our team in Vilnius and take ownership of our aircraft components product portfolio. Head Aero is a US-based company with main offices in Miami and Vilnius. We specialize in commercial aircraft asset sales and acquisitions, leasing, storage, and spare parts trading. Our group also includes Landing Gear Leasing (LGL) and AWS MRO, which focus on landing gear leasing and repair services.

We’re known for our ability to solve complex challenges and deliver results where others can’t - and we’re now strengthening our legal function to support our growing operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for selected aircraft components, managing the full lifecycle from concept to market.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, pricing, demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, MROs, OEMs, and other aviation partners.
• Client Relations: Represent Head Aero professionally, supporting customer needs and ensuring product alignment with market expectations.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse product portfolio (aircraft parts and components), ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience in product management, supply chain, aviation, or a related technical/commercial field;
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage);
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple product lines and priorities;
• A proactive mindset with a talent for identifying new product opportunities and market trends;
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, and drive initiatives forward;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
