Human Resources & Admin Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a new colleague who will replace our team member located in Istanbul, Türkiye. In the Human Resources & Admin Coordinator role you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, Environmental Health & Safety agenda and office management. You will have the opportunity to influence social events in the company and participate in various international projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing personnel agenda in HR systems, preparing month close for payroll processing
  • Coordination of training & development activities
  • Securing employment related actions (Onboarding, offboarding, processing changes etc.)
  • Internal HR communication (including presentations and trainings for colleagues)
  • Office and internal event management
  • Management of legal work safety trainings

Who We Are Looking For

  • University degree from Human resources
  • Previous work experience from HR area or similar position at least 3 years
  • Fluent Turkish language and Communicative English - you have to be able to communicate with colleagues abroad
  • Basic awareness of Turkish labour law
  • PC skills – MS Office, Outlook, Excel - no need of advanced functions knowledge but you will be creating excel reports and presentations on regular basis

Ideally, you will also have

  • Driving licence
