Back End Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Golang to design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping system architecture, improving platform performance, and developing infrastructure to support ML/AI workloads on large-scale datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Backend Services:
• Design, develop, and operate reliable, scalable, and well-tested backend services and APIs using Python and Go. Continuously improve system performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Architecture & System Design:
• Define service boundaries, design APIs (REST/gRPC), and establish communication patterns across microservices. Ensure strong observability, resilience, and security.
• Golang Development:
• Contribute to and enhance Go-based services. Identify opportunities to migrate Python components to Go for improved performance and efficiency.
• ML/AI Infrastructure Development:
• Build data pipelines and backend systems to support model training, evaluation, and deployment, especially for large image datasets.
• DevOps & Automation:
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code to enable reliable and efficient deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong production experience with Python and solid hands-on experience with Golang.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design (REST/gRPC).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch).
