We are looking to hire a Junior Data Analyst to strengthen the data team and support projects related to data analysis, process automation, and the development of solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is an ideal position for a junior profile, highly detail-oriented and eager to learn, who wants to grow while working with data and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform data (ETL) from MySQL databases
• Perform data analysis and write SQL queries to support reporting and business decision-making
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• Support data and AI-related projects applied to the business
• Automise internal processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working with data (analysis, reporting, ETL)
• Strong SQL skills: joins, subqueries, aggregations, and data cleaning
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI (knowledge of DAX is a plus)
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL)
• Analytical, well-organised profile with strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Experience in designing and delivering soft skills training initiatives for commercial teams will be considered a plus
• Nice to have: knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python
