Position: RPG Developer (AS/400)

Location: Luxembourg (on-site, full-time)

We are currently looking for an RPG Developer (AS/400) within a core banking environment (Olympic platform), you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of applications on the AS/400 platform.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, and implement applications using RPG (ILE/Free) and CLP;
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Maintain and optimize existing applications (performance, reliability, security);
• Manage change requests ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective);
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Provide L3 support to Application Support teams;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with AS/400 platform;
• Solid knowledge of RPG ILE/Free and CL programming;
• Experience with SQL;
• Experience in analysis, specification writing, and development;
• Agile methodology experience.
