Product Manager

Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high tier service for our business accounts.

Our next Product Manager will be in charge of a customer-facing product. We seek a diligent, result-oriented individual who can make product decisions based on both customer needs and finance regulations. Our product team is company-famous for their ability to plan, collaborate, and deliver results - we expect the new team member to bring the same capabilities to the table.

What will you do:

• Set a product strategy and roadmap, from ideation to launch, to align customer needs and business objectives
• Build a scalable payment system supporting various types of payments, not limiting to SEPA, SWIFT networks
• Analyze and resolve payment funnel issues using data insights and feedback from users and other stakeholders in alligement with regulatory requirements
• Turn ideas into clear requirements and user stories, managing delivery in Jira/Confluence from discovery to launch;
• Support internal teams in all product development stages and track related performance metrics
• Ensure result delivery with internal stakeholders (Client Care, Sales, Compliance, Security) and external specialists (UI/UX, Data Analyst, Engineers)
• Address stakeholder concerns and proactively meet clients to learn about their needs

What we expect:

• 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of payment systems, technologies, and regulatory requirements
• Proven skills in product management, including planning and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to ensure business and compliance needs, along with stellar user experience
• Exceptional EN and LT communication with stakeholders, colleagues, auditors and customers
