We Are Hiring - Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced, data-driven solutions supporting business and operational performance.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with machine learning, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and reliable analytical models.


Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into effective analytical and data science solutions
  • Design and implement analytics and anomaly detection models following best practices
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines from diverse sources, including real-time sensor data
  • Develop and validate algorithms for anomaly detection, performance degradation, and data drift in time-series data
  • Participate in technical discussions, risk assessments, and solution design
  • Deliver solutions iteratively with continuous testing and performance improvement
  • Support deployment of models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results clearly
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, time-series analytics, or applied data science
  • Strong Python programming skills for data analysis and modeling
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, anomaly detection, and data quality monitoring
  • Experience working with complex or sensor-based data
  • Familiarity with software development practices, Git, and deployment workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high sense of ownership


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field
  • Experience with advanced machine learning and time-series forecasting
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and external data integration
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
  • Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Exposure to industrial systems or operational analytics is a plus
