The role

As Product Marketing Manager (Benelux), you are responsible for driving the commercial success of your assigned portfolio in the local market. You translate global strategy into strong local execution through a clear strategy, positioning, effective go-to-market plans, impactful launches, and close collaboration with Sales, Training & Education, and key stakeholders.

You play a central role in shaping how our solutions are positioned, adopted, and grown in Benelux — connecting product, customer needs, education, and commercial execution. This role carries joint commercial accountability, with a clear contribution to pipeline, revenue, and growth targets, and requires both strategic thinking and strong hands-on execution. All marketing activity is expected to directly support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-market & commercial ownership
  • Own and execute the annual go-to-market and marketing plan for your portfolio, clearly linked to commercial priorities, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
  • Act as a commercial driver, ensuring marketing activities generate demand, support adoption, and accelerate Sales performance.
  • Share joint accountability with Sales for portfolio performance.
  • Build business cases, forecasts, and success criteria for launches; track pipeline impact, revenue contribution, and ROI.
  • Use CRM, dashboards, and performance data to steer priorities.
  • Launch excellence & lifecycle marketing
  • Lead end-to-end local launch execution.
  • Ensure launches are clear, on time and actionable for Sales.
  • Drive lifecycle initiatives that support adoption and growth.
  • Portfolio positioning & solution storytelling
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Build solution and workflow-based storytelling.
  • Maintain strong competitive understanding.
  • KOL strategy, engagement & management
  • Develop and execute the Benelux KOL strategy for your portfolio in collaboration with the T&E manager.
  • Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in association with sales.
  • Use KOL insights to strengthen messaging and education.
  • Training & Education collaboration
  • Work closely with Training & Education teams.
  • Shape training priorities aligned with customer journey & commercial needs.
  • Support internal and customer-facing education.
  • Sales enablement & field collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales.
  • Support co-travels, key customer meetings, and events.
  • Proactively identify initiatives to close pipeline gaps.
  • Market insight & performance tracking
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs.
  • Support market studies and pilots.
  • Provide performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Work across Sales, Marketing, T&E, Customer Care, Finance, and global teams.
  • Act as the link between local and global stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Education / Experience / Skills / Languages

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO / WO or equivalent) in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Additional training or certification in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Commercial Strategy is an advantage.
  • 6–10 years in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience in medical devices, dental, or healthcare.
  • Proven matrix and launch experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset.
  • Ability to simplify complexity.
  • Strong execution skills.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • French is a plus.
