Residence Supply

So… who the heck is Residence Supply?

I'm Jacky, the founder. We started as a local lighting brand obsessed with historical architecture and heirloom craftsmanship. In just a few years we blew past 8 figures, launched hundreds of handcrafted SKUs, and built a cult following of design-obsessed homeowners. Our fixtures live in Architectural Digest–worthy homes.

Now we're building the ULTIMATE creative team. One that takes us from "fastest-growing DTC brand" to category-defining design house. We need a graphic designer who doesn't just execute... but one who sees the world the way our customers do. Through the lens of beauty, heritage, and taste.

What You'll Do

  • Design editorial ads that feel like they were pulled from a print magazine
  • Translate interior design trends and RS products into visual stories that stop the scroll
  • Build mood boards and visual direction decks to guide campaigns
  • Maintain and elevate brand visual consistency across every creative touchpoint
  • Collaborate with our Creative Strategist, Content team, and Founder on campaign ideation
  • QC all outgoing creative. Nothing ships unless it looks like Residence Supply

Who You Are

We don't care about years of experience. We care about what you've built.

  • Your portfolio looks like a coffee table book, not a social media dump
  • You've created something on your own — a brand, a magazine, a photo series, a film, anything that proves you don't need a brief to make beautiful work
  • Obsessed with typography, white space, negative space, and editorial composition
  • You follow interior designers, architects, and design publications — not marketing influencers
  • Multi-disciplinary: you can design, retouch, shoot, edit, or do motion — ideally more than one
  • You understand the difference between beautiful and effective
  • You've gone viral or built an audience with your own creative work (any platform)
  • AI tools are part of your workflow, not something you're "learning"
  • Architecture, interior design, or fashion background? You're already shortlisted.

What We're Building

Residence Supply is not trying to be another ecommerce brand. We're becoming a heritage-driven design house growing 100% year over year. This role will define the visual language that new customers judge us by. Your work will live in catalogs, on Pinterest boards of people building their dream homes, and in the feeds of the most design-literate buyers in the country.

This is your chance to join a founding creative team before the rocket takes off.

What We're Offering

  • Competitive Salary
  • 10 days PTO per year
  • Opportunity to grow into creative strategist/lead graphic designer
  • Fully remote

How to Apply

Don't send us a generic application. Send us:

  • A portfolio or 3–5 pieces you're most proud of... especially anything editorial, catalog, or interiors-adjacent please!
  • A quick paragraph on how you'd approach the visual feel of a Residence Supply print catalog
  • Tell us: what brand's visual identity do you wish you had built and why?

If the interview goes well, we hire on the call. You will join a team of elite creative minds and trained on all the state-of-the-art tools. Good luck.
