About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires close collaboration with key client stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Leadership: Lead and manage Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Sprint Ceremonies: Conduct all sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Status Reporting: Provide detailed status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Hands-on Delivery: Actively participate in the delivery process, ensuring that the team meets its commitments.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, ensuring optimal team performance and productivity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with all key client stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Practices: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
