Summary

The Ash Group is hiring a Project Coordinator/PM for our client, a leading telecommunications provider delivering high-speed fiber internet. This is a 8-month contract working remotely (Must reside in the US) offering a pay rate of $53 per hour based on skillset.

Role Details

• Compensation: $53/hr
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
• Duration: 8-month contract
• Location: Remote (Must reside in the US)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Project Management and the coordination of meetings with all resources who will be participating in calls (i.e., Field Ops, Central Office, Planning Engineer, etc.).
• You will focus on scheduling, setting up and note-taking of regular meetings, documenting & reporting issues that arise during meetings.

We’re Looking For

• Telecommunications experience is required
• Must have 3+ years of recent Project Coordination or Executive Assistant experience within telecom
• Must have familiarity with / general understanding of telephony and steps taken through the process.
• Must have knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling meetings using Outlook, Teams, etc.
