Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-driven professional to join our team, focusing on the development, enhancement, and optimization of internal digital applications and data systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions, automate workflows, and enable efficient data-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development & Support

• Collaborate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal digital applications
• Build and manage front-end and back-end components using modern technologies
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability

2. Data Engineering & Management

• Design, manage, and optimize data pipelines and databases
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources (Excel, MIS systems, APIs)
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for business use

3. Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency
• Build and deploy automation workflows using modern tools and platforms
• Integrate multiple systems to streamline data flow and reporting

4. AI & Technology Integration

• Leverage AI/LLM APIs to build intelligent features and enhance applications
• Develop solutions that incorporate automation, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability

5. Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications
• Ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs

Qualification Required:

• An engineering degree is mandatory for this role.

Skills Required:

• Experience working with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI)
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React preferred)
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Apify)
• Strong data engineering skills including SQL, Excel/MIS parsing, Firebase, or Supabase
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Graph API, Azure AD)
• Ability to build, integrate, and optimize end-to-end technical solutions
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
