Project Management

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to align on project goals
  • Manage procurement, site activities, and team performance across all project phases

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Present project concepts, budgets, and progress for client approval

Quality and Financial Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards through regular site inspections
  • Monitor budgets, manage contracts, and resolve financial discrepancies promptly

Risk and Problem-Solving

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges to minimize delays or cost overruns

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, and project reports
  • Prepare post-project evaluations to identify successes and improvements


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
  • 5+ years UAE experience in managing interior design, construction, or real estate projects, small to large scale, both residential and commercial
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, and modern design trends preferred
