Project Management Office (PMO) Executive (Relocation to Dubai)

Role Overview: As a PMO Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the leader for the Wealth Business Unit, in overseeing and supporting the execution of various strategic and operational projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in alignment with business goals. Provide ongoing support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports. Regularly update the leader(s) on project progress and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Require to at times, act as a liaison between the internal teams and external partners. Communicate project updates, track action items, and ensure stakeholders are informed of project status and milestones.
• Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to standardize business/project management processes and tools across the team.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Procure, understand and analyze data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the leader(s), including scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and tracking deadlines.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a project management or administrative role, preferably in a tech or financial services environment (experience in cryptocurrency or fintech is a plus).
• Based on UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) for collaboration purposes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, with a curiosity to stay up to date on industry trends.
