Product Manager

Your mission:

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user feedback, data and business goals
• Write clear specs, user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
• Lead discovery work: user interviews, competitor analysis, market trends
• Own key metrics (adoption, retention, activation) and drive product decisions accordingly
• Coordinate launches and iterations across engineering, design and growth
• Be the voice of our users internally — mostly recruiters and business managers in IT consulting firms

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with SQL, dashboards and data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and ability to align technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products is a strong plus
• Experience with recruitment, staffing or consulting workflows is a bonus
• Hands-on, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
• Fluent in French, professional English
