Role Overview

The Product Manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, Technology and the vendor development teams. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the final solution delivers it’s intended value for users.

Key Accountabilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company business goals.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog based on stakeholder input, business value, and feedback.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for the development team and/or manage the team who will do so.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries from Business
• Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings.
• Monitor product performance/adoption and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases and features according to the roadmap.
• Manage Vendor contract signing and renewal
• Manage Product Lifecycle till retirement
• Research & Compare products based on new demands
• Ensures and drives compliance initiatives relating to their products
• Owns the Technology Processes & policies meeting auditing and regulatory requirements for their products

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certifications in Product Owner or Product Management
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• User-centric mindset.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics and user research methodologies.
