Role: Hybrid, Full-Time, Permanent - £55k/£65k

What we’re looking for:

🔧 Previous experience in a corporate 3rd line network support role, ideally within an MSP

🎯 A proactive and customer-focused mindset

📚 A genuine passion for upskilling and growth

Technical Requirements:

✅ CCNP-level technical skills (FortiGate NSE4+ is a bonus)

✅ Strong expertise in networking, IPv4/DHCP/DNS, switches, firewall technologies, and WAN

✅ Proficient in network management, monitoring, and packet capture tools

Your Role:

• Systems maintenance for a variety of clients
• Act as a 3rd line escalation point for service desk issues
• Gain exposure to cutting-edge tech and work on exciting internal and client projects
• Be part of an on-call rota (one week per month)

Project Work:

• Datacentre and client site deployments

• Submitting and executing change requests
