Brand and Trade Marketing Manager Nutrition

Temporary position: Maternity leave cover

Salary range for Lithuania due to local law: 36,000 euro annually - 56,250 euro annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing strategy for Nutrition brands;
  • Develop and lead Trade Marketing activities (promotion in stores, POSM material management);
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing plans and activities;
  • Lead and deliver brand targets according to company strategy;
  • Product Portfolio Management (pricing strategy, S&OP, new product implementation);
  • Co-operate with agencies and other external partners, follow up on project execution and budget;
  • Co-operate with other departments and business teams;
  • Monitor market, identify opportunities to grow market shares;
  • Monitor and report brand performance KPIs.

What Do You Need Succeed

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Field;
  • Experience in trade marketing, product/category management would be considered as benefit;
  • Fluent English and one of the Baltic languages;
  • Growth mindset, creative and solution oriented personality;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Organization skills and attention to details;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
