In this role you will provide assistance to the legal department of Samsung Electronics Romania SRL through support activities in internal and external legal relations.


In this role your responsibilities will be:


  • Provides assistance to the Samsung legal department in contractual relations with business partners, in relations with public authorities, institutions, international organizations, etc.;
  • Provides research services on Romanian and European judicial practice and legislation (especially in the areas of competition, copyright, personal data protection, consumer protection, environment, labor law, corporate, civil and criminal law);
  • Drafts legal documents necessary for the legal department to carry out its activities (letters, addresses, memoranda, statements, requests, etc.);
  • Enters and records contracts with partners and national and international authorities in Samsung's records.
  • Conducts internal training activities for various departments of the company regarding Samsung's registration and record-keeping systems;
  • Management of the contract procedure within the company and management of originals and the archive, working with all operational departments in the company;
  • Responsible for the document signing process;
  • Provides support to the legal department in relation to external lawyers in identifying counterfeit products;
  • Provides general support for the Legal department, support for specialized departments for the preparation of the documentation necessary to obtain authorizations and approvals required by law;
  • Writes a monthly Newsletter with all the legislative news of the respective month;
  • Provides support in obtaining the necessary documentation from external lawyers in order to record monthly costs;
  • Develop and sends reports related to the department's activity to the European Office.
  • In Bulgaria: Enters and records contracts with Bulgarian partners and authorities in Samsung's records, liaises with local external lawyers and collaborates with them to review contracts and obtain legal advice on Bulgarian law.


For this role you will need:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law finalized or in progress
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Experience in a similar position or in project organization, volunteer activities are a plus
