Lead Mobile Developer (Flutter)

The focus is on modular design, exceptional performance, and security compliance (GDPR, PCI DSS). This POS solution is crafted by industry experts to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences for restaurants and retailers. Additionally, the system uniquely engages with sports communities, unlocking new business opportunities for customers.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Lead Mobile Developer skilled in Flutter and Dart to architect and develop intuitive, high-performance mobile applications. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless user experiences across both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and responsive designs.
- Optimise performance for real-time transactions and offline capabilities.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Material Design and Cupertino.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application performance optimisation.
- Experience with modular, scalable architectures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong experience with AWS services and best practices.
