Mobile Developer Support Engineer (Mandarin, 6 months contract)
SALT is hiring Mobile Development Support Engineer for a Social Media client on a 6-month & renewable contract role. This role will focus on technical troubleshooting for top Greater China App Publishers through multiple channels and assist Account Managers on customer technical inquiries.
What you’ll do:
- Build expertise around mobile app ad monetization products and implementations (Android, iOS, Unity)
- Troubleshoot Technical issues from App Developers
- Assist Sales Team on Product and Technical related questions
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience Mobile Development Skills (iOS/Android/Unity)
- 3+ years’ experience of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
- Fluent in Mandarin due to the nature of the job
