Title: Front End Developer (AEM)
Period: 6 months (possible extension or conversion)
Hybrid role (may need to go to office from time to time) – Toronto, ON
Key Notes:
- This for a new squad being developed on the Contact Centre Innovation and Engineering Practices
- Requires a senior developer with AEM knowledge.
What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
- Lead and participate in the design, development, and rollout of GenAI innovations and foundational cloud capabilities, including Amazon Connect and other cloud-based solutions to enhance our contact center capabilities.
- As a part of a development team, interface with system designers, business system analysts, application analysts and testing specialists to deliver high quality solutions
- Participate in various review processes – i.e. Business Requirements, Test plans, Design reviews etc. to gain understanding of the application and provide input into the deliverables
- Research and pilot the latest GenAI technologies and practices within Amazon Connect and supporting Call Centre technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes.
