• Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC installations
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance

✅ Candidate Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong, proven experience in HVAC project management or project leadership
• Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems and installations
• Ability to manage projects independently

Location Requirements

• Must be based within the region
• Preferred locations:
• Ghent
• Kortrijk
• Bruges
• Maximum travel distance: 40–50 km
• Candidates based in Brussels are not suitable

Working Style

• Preference for on-site presence
• Some flexibility for remote work depending on the candidate
