We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager Intern to join our early-stage startup, currently in the beta phase of creation.

Our platform, FlowerWork, integrates automation and decentralized technologies into every aspect of business, from project management to staffing and beyond. While we’re still in the early stages, our vision is to create a seamless, blockchain-driven environment where all company operations are unified and transparent.

As a Project Manager Intern, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our projects stay on track and deliver value to our users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Assisting in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for the development and rollout of our platform’s features.
• Coordination & Communication: Acting as the bridge between development, design, and operations teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
• Task Management: Assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met across various teams.
• Agile Practices: Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to optimize our workflow and foster continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying bottlenecks and challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing process improvements.
• User Feedback Integration: Collaborating with the team to gather and prioritize user feedback, ensuring our platform evolves based on real-world needs.
• Documentation: Keeping records of project milestones, decisions, and learnings to ensure transparency and continuity.

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and teams effectively.
• Interest in Blockchain & Tech Startups: While technical expertise isn’t required, a curiosity about blockchain technology and startups is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to keep teams aligned and informed.
• Team Collaboration: Someone who thrives in collaborative settings and values constructive feedback.
