As we continue to scale, we're looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our leadership team and drive the technical strategy behind our AI-powered solutions.

As CTO, you’ll lead the development of Tendoer’s platform, overseeing our technical roadmap and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. This is an opportunity to shape the future of B2B tendering, working closely with the founding team to align technology with business goals.

You will drive innovation, mentor a tech team, and ensure that our AI-driven products remain ahead of the curve. Your work will directly influence how businesses engage with tendering, empowering them to win more deals effortlessly.

• Develop and execute Tendoer’s technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Architect and oversee the design, development, and optimization of our AI-driven tendering platform.
• Drive innovation by exploring and integrating emerging technologies, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of our software infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and business development, to implement customer feedback and refine solutions.
• Represent Tendoer’s technical capabilities in strategic discussions, investor meetings, and industry forums.

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a tech-driven organization.
• Expertise in full-stack development, particularly with Python, Next.js, React, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of AI and its practical applications, including familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and fostering collaboration.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
• Experience in scaling technology in a startup or high-growth environment is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Great at english, and ok at swedish is a requirement.
