We are currently recruiting for an interesting fully remote Web Developer role working for an esteemed IT Client of ours based in Solna, Sweden,

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Location: Remote from Sweden

Pay Rate: Per Hour (Negotiable)

English & Swedish Speaking

20 hours per week

Job Role:

• Our client is seeking a driven professional to join a team dedicated to developing digital solutions with a strong focus on user benefit. Our client specializes in helping customers improve operations and increase efficiency through tailored digital solutions. Supporting every stage of a digital service lifecycle, from strategic planning and feasibility studies to development projects and maintenance, the team is expanding and looking for a skilled Front-End Lead.
• The client adopts an agile working method, operating in cross-functional teams that prioritize individuals and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering projects by identifying and implementing innovative solutions alongside developers and designers. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating excellent collaboration and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically enhance and develop customers' digital solutions.
• Oversee the Styleguide for customers' platforms.
• Drive and take technical ownership of customer projects.
• Coach and lead development teams.
• Estimate and present solution proposals to customers.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and multiple JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of web development (UI/UX).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in line with WCAG.
• Proven experience leading development teams within projects.
• Experience in agile projects and organizational environments.
