Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage maintenance activities, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Team Leadership: Oversee assembly teams, assign tasks, and collaborate with engineers.
• Quality & Safety Oversight: Ensure proper execution of installations, conduct quality checks, and enforce safety standards.
• Logistics Management: Handle material delivery, inventory control, and logistics planning.
• Testing & Commissioning Support: Assist with system testing and commissioning, and document results.
• Project Completion: Ensure timely project delivery, hand over documentation, and provide aftercare support.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and implement improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
