Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage distributed teams, influence roadmap prioritization via analytics, and bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

DevOps & Automation: Architect, set up, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Azure DevOps (ADO), CodeQL Scans.
