We’re building a new category in career technology — and data is central to how we improve the product and scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can help us understand what’s actually happening across the platform — and more importantly, what we should do about it.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and business strategy.

You’ll work closely with leadership to:

• Understand user behavior
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
• Help prioritize what we build next

This is not just a reporting role — it’s about driving better decisions through data.

What You’ll Do

Analyze User Behavior & Product Performance

• Track and analyze key metrics across the user journey:
• Discovery → Engagement → Application → Retention
• Identify drop-off points and friction in the experience
• Help the team understand what drives user success

Support Product & Growth Decisions

• Provide insights that inform feature prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Work with product and growth to evaluate experiments and new initiatives
• Help define and measure success for key features

Build Dashboards & Reporting

• Create dashboards that give visibility into key metrics
• Ensure the team has access to clear, actionable data
• Continuously improve how data is structured and tracked

Work Cross-Functionally

• Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Help align teams around what matters most

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with product or growth data
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills

Technical Skills

• SQL (required)
• Python or R
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
• Experience with dashboards / BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase)

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Experience with marketplace or consumer products
• Interest in careers, recruiting, or AI
