We are recruiting for multiple Scrum Masters for our market leading clients in Utrecht area. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in working with software development teams within the financial services industry.

• Accelerate sustainable business value by fostering high-performing, self-managing teams;
• Create transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization;
• Coach teams on Agile maturity, leadership, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• You have experience with (scaled) Agile environments and transformations;
• You bring strong coaching skills;
• You are at-least PSM I certified
• You are fluent in English
• You are passionate about leadership development, systemic coaching and organizational growth
