Project Manager

Mandatory Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Secrets Manager solutions, with the ability to align technical delivery with the overall security strategy
• Strong technical expertise in Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Solid knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments
• Thorough understanding of IT development methodologies and best practices
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and cross-team communication
• Ability to contribute to strategic decisions related to platform evolution, governance, and long-term architectural direction
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
• French proficiency at B2 level (recommended)

Mandatory Knowledge

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code / Configuration as Code
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps Services
• Minimum 5 years of experience in secrets management solution design and implementation
• Strong experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technical initiatives
