Your Impact

Engineering Operations drives the effectiveness of engineering by aligning people, processes, and technology. This role ensures seamless execution, optimizing planning, and agile ways of working to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

• Support engineering leadership
• Work independently to define approach and drive execution with minimal oversight
• Partner cross-functionally with other functions to align processes and priorities
• Optimize agile ways of working across teams, dependencies, and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering planning, and delivery
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor + 7 years of related experience or
• Masters + 4 years of related experience
• Strong analytical, program management and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skillsets
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Clear communication, simplifies complex topics into actionable insights
• Attention to detail, ensures quality in all reporting deliveries
• Collaboration, fosters teamwork across diverse functions and levels
