Business Data Analyst

Kepler Search is currently partnering with a highly reputable financial institution that is hiring a Business Data Analyst to support the consolidation of data into a centralised database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the migration and consolidation of data into a new database from multiple data sources.
• Analyse and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Define data mapping and transformation rules in line with governance standards.
• Build data pipelines and develop dashboards.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations and risk teams to gather business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit and regulatory standards.

Skills needed:

• Experience as a Business Data Analyst working on data migration projects.
• Proven experience working on regulatory or fund accounting projects.
• Financial services experience required working with alternative funds such as real estate or private equity.
• Experience working with APIs to extract and integrate data.
• Fluency in English is required; any additional language is considered an asset.
