Software Engineer (Open to Fresh Grad)

As a Software Engineer at our client, you will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while contributing to the development of impactful software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to develop software solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
• Assist in testing and debugging software to ensure quality and performance.
• Contribute to the development of new features, functionalities, and system enhancements.
• Continuously improve your skills through mentorship, peer reviews, and hands-on experience.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and daily standups.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Exposure with web development, mobile development, or cloud computing.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to database management systems and SQL.
• Internship or personal projects demonstrating software engineering skills.
