How You Will Make an Impact:
- Own DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation etc.
- Provide production support, lead incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Mentor a junior DevOps engineer and collaborate with Cloud Platform and other stakeholders on standards and best practices
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
- Solid problem‑solving abilities in production environments and experience guiding or mentoring engineers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with comfort working in regulated, reliability‑focused environments
- AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- IaaS practitioner
- Ability to work independently according to internal governance standards
- Critical thinking
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- Kubernetes and observability tooling experience
- Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, Salesforce
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, Hybrid work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
