About The Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Cyber Security Career Programme, designed to prepare participants for a successful career in the cybersecurity industry. This role involves delivering immersive, instructor-led online training sessions, mentoring students through hands-on projects, and supporting learners in acquiring globally recognized certifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring professionals. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of cybersecurity talent, helping learners transition from beginners to industry-ready professionals, and ultimately connecting them with employment opportunities within our network of partner employers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and certifications can also be considered.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or related roles is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in delivering online training or mentoring is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, instructor-led online training sessions covering core cybersecurity topics.
  • Guide and mentor students through practical projects that simulate real-world cybersecurity challenges.
  • Prepare comprehensive training materials, assessments, and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support students in preparing for industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, and CySA+.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and internal teams to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
  • Assist in the placement process by connecting successful learners with job opportunities within our network of partner employers.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training remains cutting-edge.
