Data Engineer - Databricks, SQL, Python, PySpark, AWS, Azure, Snowflake
My client is looking for Databricks Engineer, and I wanted to know whether this would be of interest to you or not?
Position: Databricks Engineer
Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Role Description:
- Expertise in data integration, modeling (dimensional, relational, Data Vault), optimization, and quality.
- Databricks certifications (Associate, Professional, Administration).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark; experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and modern data tools.
- Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Administer Databricks Unity Catalog and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Collaborate across teams to deliver data solutions supporting AI, ML, and BI initiatives.
