Requirements :
- Lead a team of ~10 DevOps and Platform Engineers
- Work closely with the Platform Team Product Owner, and Enterprise Integration Leadership team to:
- Define, Plan and Execute the roadmap of API Platform Team change in conjunction with the Enablement Team PO
- Design and deliver API Platform Team solutions covering:
- CI/CD: Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform
- SCM : Bitbucket / GitHub Enterprise
- JIRA Service Desk Automations
- Security : Fortify (SAST + DAST), XRay (SCA)
- SRE: AppDynamics, Grafana, Loki, Cloudwatch, Anypoint
- Support delivery of an excellent Developer Experience
- Support the core frameworks development for Spring and MuleSoft including the integration of testing frameworks
