What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop mobile apps
• Build and scale cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) using React Native
• Drive frontend architecture, performance optimization, and design system adoption
• Implement scalable state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, Recoil)
• Ensure high-quality releases via testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in mobile application development
• 3+ years in React Native (production apps)
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) expertise
• Deep understanding of React Native internals (JS runtime, bridge, Hermes)
• Experience with performance tuning and scalable frontend architecture

Good to Have

• Kotlin / Swift exposure
• App Store / Play Store publishing experience
• Firebase, analytics & monitoring tools
• FinTech domain experience
