Job Description

• Develop and maintain Android applications and system-level software for Android Automotive.
• Work hands-on with AOSP and the AOSP build system.
• Create robust solutions using modern architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, and refactoring practices.
• Contribute to testing activities using Android testing frameworks.
• Support and improve continuous integration workflows.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality software.
  
  

Requirements

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electronics, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• Several years’ of deep experience in Android app- and Android System development.
• Good knowledge in Android Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
• Deep experience in AOSP and the AOSP build system.
• Familiarity with modern app architectural patterns such as MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, and refactoring.
• Good knowledge of Android testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and Mockito.
• Experience in Continuous Integration.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in development in Android Automotive.
• Experience from Automotive Infotainment, for example settings applications or similar solutions.
• Valid driver’s license, B-level.
• Experience from the automotive industry.
